Dr. Siham Marroune- Ibn Zohr University- Agadir, Morocco.
Dr. Siham Marroune is an associate Professor of Cultural Studies- Gender and Migration Research- at the Faculty of languages, Arts and Humanities- Ibnou Zohr University-Ait Melloul University campus- Agadir, Morocco. She is a UIZ member of Horizon Europe Project- DignityFirm team. Her major areas of interests are Gender, Migration Studies and Phenomenology Research. She has published several articles on Gendered Migration, Cinema, Modernity , Consumerism, body Memory and Phenomenology. She has developed a keen interest in regularisation policies for migrants in Morocco, examining how factors like gender, socio-economic status, and ethnicity shape asylum seekers' and irregular migrants' experiences, exploring the intersectionality of these factors to provide insights into more inclusive and effective migration practices.
